Our mission: Root & Restore Nutrition Education makes evidence-based holistic nutrition knowledge freely available to everyone living with a chronic condition, regardless of income or location. We publish a free library of guides for dozens of chronic conditions, offer a free symptom checker and are building a scholarship fund for nutrition students from low-income households. Our work is educational only and is meant to support, never replace, professional medical care.
